After letting lower-back pain limit my tennis and running for too long (months!), I booked a sports massage with Jette. Like she said, the next day did indeed feel like Jette’s fingers were still massaging deep in the muscle, but 2 days on and I noticed a dramatic improvement. 1 week on and it is further improved. Going back tomorrow for a second massage to hopefully eradicate the pain for good! Thanks Jette!
